I’ve mentioned how much I’m loving green smoothies, so it only seems appropriate that I post what I put in mine.
My blender has been getting a workout since the first day I got it. I forgot how much I had enjoyed having one.
Anyway, my basic green smoothies contains the following
1. handful of spinach
2. filtered water
3. blueberries
4. honey or agave nectar
5. banana
Always blend the spinach and water first plus whatever other veggies you want in there as you want to make sure everything is well blended. Add whatever else. The only one I haven’t liked is one I put peanut butter in. It just wasn’t good for whatever reason.
